Came home after my English Lit exam today and cried my eyes out; I’ve never taken such a hard exam! I actually considered not writing anything because I couldn’t think of anything! It was so bad that I’d rather sit a 3 hour maths exam than do an English exam ever again! Gah!

I had my first AS exam today, it was History: Germany Democracy and Dictatorship and I think I did really badly! The questions were perfect they couldn’t have been any better but I just know that I didn’t answer them as well as I could have, I was too concerned with putting in as much knowledge as possible and not being analytical! My history grade means so much to me and I just want to cry! Tomorrow is my English Lit exam which I’ve been dreading the most as it’s so damn hard to get a good grade! How well I do in exams means so much to me because I feel like it’s the only thing I’ve got going for me an I know my family will be proud of me no matter what; but I want them to be proud of me for getting good grades.

Spent the last few days solidly revising even though it’s been super sunny and all I’ve wanted to do is go outside, I’m proud of myself for resisting so let’s hope it all pays off! Exams start this week! D;
